Coastal Breeze
Signify surprised with the presentation of the Coastal Breeze collection.
This collection is produced using recycled fishing nets, collected in ports on the Cornish coast, allowing for a great compromise between functionality and design.
To honor the raw material used, as well as the ocean itself, these light fixtures have a coastal-inspired finish, which comes to life in textures and colors that bring the feeling of the beach to your home.
Signify (Philips) and Ilumina share the commitment and responsibility for adopting measures in line with an increasingly circular economy.
30 Years
On February 13, 2023, ILUMINA celebrated three decades of success in the commercialization of lamps and lighting equipment.

Best Company to Work For 2016
On November 21, 2016, Ilumina was present at the award ceremony for the best company to work for 2016, where it was distinguished with the twentieth place, out of a total of 100 national companies.
Our colleague Engineer Pedro Rosa, received the award on behalf of Ilumina.

Excellence at Work 2015
On the 2nd of February, Ilumina was present at the Excellence at Work 2015 awards, where it was distinguished with first place in the Small Companies category, for the third consecutive year.
The Excellence at Work Award is a study of the organizational climate and development of human capital, carried out by Heidrick & Struggles in partnership with Human Resources Portugal and INDEG-IUL, through which the state of the art of Human Resources practices is analyzed in Portugal and the entities that invest the most in the area are awarded.
Our colleague Engineer Pedro Rosa, received the award on behalf of Ilumina and spoke to the audience.

Vítor Ganchinho – Ilumina was distinguished with 1st place in the Excellence at Work Award, in the Small Companies category, in the 2013 edition of the study by the consultant Heidrick & Struggles, which aims to reward companies that value and invest in the development of human capital. This initiative is the result of a partnership between Heidrick & Struggles, Diário Económico and ISCTE Business School.
This initiative consists of studying the organizational climate and development of the human capital of the companies in the competition, with the aim of identifying and rewarding the companies that stood out the most in Portugal.
